Training Packages
Training is spaced over weeks. This allows staff members to formulate questions as they implement what we’ve taught. It also allows us to see which areas need to be reinforced.
Package A - The Villa
Experience our flagship service. From breakfast trays and turn-down service to distinguishing between a dessert fork and a dinner fork, our senior trainers bring hotel curriculum to your home.
As your staff members listen and learn, practice and repeat, our Home Assistants take note of how you like things done so we can check and remind staff members on subsequent visits. They formulate schedules and reminders for staff to follow, guiding and reminding for the duration of the Villa Experience.

Package B - The Executive Suite
Practical and concise or focused and comprehensive. Choose between concise versions of each module or comprehensive lessons from one module. A quick start guide to an efficient home, our Home Assistants will be standing by to follow up on areas that need follow up or further discussion, guiding and reminding for the duration of the Executive Suite curriculum. A smart choice for a practical housekeeper.

Package C - The Staycation
An introduction to the wonderful world of delegating homework. Because we’re done with school and delegating is no longer classified as cheating, allow us to ‘facilitate’ housekeeping areas of your choosing. We must warn you, our services can be addicting.

Monthly Maintenance Package
You’ve purchased a training package and the service is done. We hope that you miss us and would like to call us back.
Home maintenance, like gym membership, requires follow up. Helpers need to be corrected when they slip or commended so they stay. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone to text when you’d like something taught or corrected? Then there’s the matter of scheduled appliance maintenance to prevent unnecessary replacement expenses, among other routine jobs that keep a home running well.
