In-Home Training

Sessions are scheduled once a week, from 10am to 3pm. The days between training sessions give staff time to apply what they’ve learned and collect questions to ask on the next training day.

We train staff in clients’ homes so that we can teach them with tools and finishes they work with and they can show and ask trainers about any areas they’re having trouble with.

* Pricing is for Makati, Ortigas, and BGC. Other areas may incur additional transportation fees.

Learning and habit development usually takes more than a few sessions. Our audit visits are for checking and reminding.

When new staff members arrive, these can also be used for top-up lessons in coordination with the more senior home staff passing their own knowledge.

These visits may start at weekly after the main training packages and taper off to every other month as the home staff falls into the proper habits and learn how to self-audit.

Four (4) audit visits

Each visit lasts approximately two hours:

1.5 hours of checking the home and top-up lessons

.5 hour for meeting the staff and discussing homework
